The Rediscovery of a Super Antibiotic
Research has shown that colloidal silver is a powerful, natural antibiotic and preventative against infections. Acting as a catalyst, colloidal silver has been shown to disable the enzyme that single celled bacteria, viruses and fungi need to metabolize oxygen. They suffocate without corresponding harm occurring to human enzymes or parts of the human body chemistry. The result is the destruction of disease causing organisms in the body and in food. Colloidal silver was in common use until 1938 when the medical profession turned its attention to pharmaceutical drugs.
Early Research
At the turn of the century, scientists had discovered that the body’s most important fluids are colloidal in nature: suspended ultra-fine particles. Blood, for example, carries nutrition and oxygen to the body cells. This led to studies with colloidal silver. Prior to 1938, colloidal silver was used by physicians as a mainstream antibiotic treatment and was considered quite “high-tech”. Production methods, however, were costly. Then the pharmaceutical industry moved in, causing colloidal research to be set aside in favor of fast working, more toxic and potentially dangerous drugs.
The Food and Drug Administration today classifies colloidal silver as a pre-1938 drug. A letter from the FDA dated 9/13/91 states: “These products may continue to be marketed.. as long as they re advertised and labeled for the same uses as in 1938 and as long as they are manufactured in the original manner.” Some of the manufacturing methods used before 1938 are still used today. An electro-colloidal process, which is known to be the best method, is most widely used now.
Contemporary Studies
While studying regeneration of limbs, spinal cords and organs in the late 1970’s, Robert O. Becker, M.D., author of The Body Electric, discovered that silver ions promote bone growth and kill surrounding bacteria. The March 1978 issue of Science Digest, in an article, “Our Mightiest Germ Fighter”, reported: “Thanks to eye-opening research, silver is emerging as a wonder of modern medicine. An antibiotic kills perhaps a half-dozen different disease organisms, but silver kills some 650. Resistant strains fail to develop. Moreover, silver is virtually non-toxic.” The article ended with a quote by Dr. Harry Margraf, a biochemist and pioneering silver researcher who worked with the late Carol Moyer, M.D., chairman of Washington University’s Department of Surgery in the 1970’s: “Silver is the best all-around germ fighter we have”.
How We Make Our Colloidal Silver
The Physics of it . . .
We make colloidal silver in half-gallon batches using a 10,000 volt A/C transformer. A bar of 99.99% pure silver is suspended from one electrode into steam distilled water. A small piece of 99.99% pure silver wire is suspended from the other electrode just above the water. The process is very similar to that used to electroplate a precious metal onto an object except that the absence of a receiving object at another electrode causes the silver to remain in a colloidal suspension in the water.
On one cycle, high voltage electricity flows through the bar and tiny particles of pure silver are separated from the bar and attempt to make their way to the other electrode. Since the wire is suspended above the water, the silver cannot make its way to the electrode and remains in a colloidal suspension in the water. On the other cycle, electricity flows through the wire suspended above the water and a blue arc of electricity is created between the wire and the water. This is a null cycle and no silver is added to the water. The extreme heat of the arc slowly vaporizes the silver from the tip of the wire and eventually the wire needs to be replaced. By use of a pendulum, we have determined that the perfect time to allow this process to run is 2 hours and 35 minutes.
The Metaphysics of it . . .
During the process of making a batch of colloidal silver, the batch tank is placed inside of a medium size Light Life Ring with a Feedback Coil and an Accuvac Coil attached on opposite sides of the Ring. After a batch of colloidal silver is finished, we add gem elixirs prepared, in distilled water, from Charoite, Kunzite and Modavite. Charoite is characterized as the stone for this age and provides for a synthesis between the heart and the crown chakras and combines the higher spiritual dimensions with unconditional love from the physical plane. Kunzite activates the heart chakra and aligns the heart chakra with the throat chakra and the third eye.
It synthesizes the energies to produce loving thoughts and loving communication. Modavite is of extra-terrestrial origin and was formed 15 million years ago. How It Works
The presence of colloidal silver near a virus, fungus, bacterium or any other single celled pathogen disables its oxygen metabolism enzyme, its chemical lung, so to speak. Within a few minutes, the pathogen suffocates and dies, and is cleared out of the body by the immune, lymphatic and elimination systems. Unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, which destroy beneficial enzymes, colloidal silver leaves these tissue-cell enzymes intact, as they are radically different from the enzymes of primitive single-celled life. Thus colloidal silver is absolutely safe for humans, reptiles, plants and all multi-celled living matter.
Product Quality
Many brands of colloidal silver are inferior. The highest grade is produced by the electro-colloidal/non–chemical method where the silver particles and water have been colloided, i.e. dispersed within and bound to each other by an electric current. The super-fine silver particles are suspended indefinitely in demineralized water. Ideally, colloidal silver is clear to a very slight golden yellow. Darker colors indicate larger silver particles that tend to collect at the bottom of the container and are not true colloids. If a product contains a stabilizer or lists trace elements other than silver, or if it needs to be shaken, it is inferior. If a product requires refrigeration, some other ingredient is present that could spoil. Some brands with high concentrations of silver may actually not be completely safe. High concentrations of silver do not kill disease germs more effectively than the safe range of 5 to 15 parts per million (PPM.)

Ingesting Colloidal Silver
Taken orally, the colloidal silver is absorbed from the mouth into the bloodstream, then transported quickly to the body cells. Swishing the solution under the tongue briefly before swallowing may result in faster absorption. If only small doses of colloidal silver are taken it may take three to four days for silver to accumulate in the tissues sufficiently for benefits to begin. Colloidal silver is completely eliminated from the body by the kidneys, lymph system and bowels after several weeks. If routinely exposed to dangerous pathogenic germs, to have continuous protection, some recommend a regular daily intake of colloidal silver.
Chronic or Serious Conditions
One teaspoon of 10 ppm. Colloidal silver equals about 50 micrograms (mcg.) of silver. One to three teaspoons per day (50 – 150 mcg.) is generally considered to be a “nutritional amount” and is reported to be safe to use for extended periods of time. Amounts higher than this are generally considered “therapeutic amounts” and should only be used periodically. In cases of illness, natural health practitioners have often recommended taking double or triple the “nutritional amount” for 30 – 45 days, then dropping down to a smaller, maintenance dose. Amounts from 3 – 32 ounces per day have reportedly been used in acute conditions.
If your body is extremely ill or toxic, do not be in a hurry to clear up everything at once. If pathogens are killed off too quickly, the body’s five eliminatory channels (liver, kidneys, skin, lungs and bowel) may be temporarily overloaded, causing flu-like conditions, headache, extreme fatigue, dizziness, nausea or aching muscles. Ease off on the colloidal silver to a smaller amount and increase your distilled water intake. Regular bowel movements are a must in order to relieve the discomforts of detoxification. Resolve to reduce sugar and saturated fats from the diet, and exercise more. Given the opportunity, the body’s natural ability to heal may amaze you.
Topical Uses
Some have used colloidal silver in a nasal spray demister – to reach the sinuses and nasal passages. Spray bottles have been used for topical use on kitchen and bathroom surfaces, skin, sore throats, eyes, burns etc. Colloidal silver is painless on cuts, abrasions, in open wounds, in the nostrils for a stuffy nose, and even in a baby’s eyes because, unlike some antiseptics, it does not destroy tissue cells. It’s excellent as an underarm deodorant, since most underarm odor is caused by bacteria breaking down substances released by the sweat glands!
In cases of minor burns, an accumulation of colloidal silver may hasten healing, reducing the possibility of infection and scar tissue. (A fine spray mist or compress soaked in colloidal silver can also be very helpful). It is believed by many in the natural healing arts that the lives of millions of people who are susceptible to chronic low-grade infections can be enhanced by this preventative health measure.
Some Common Uses of Colloidal Silver
• Natural health practitioners have for years recommended taking one tablespoon daily, for four days, to establish a level, then one half tablespoon daily for maintenance (proportional to body weight for children). After six weeks, a pause of several weeks has also been recommended by some natural healing arts doctors.
• Also, colloidal silver can be applied directly to burns, cuts, scrapes, and open sores, or on a bandage for warts (put on plaster and wear overnight each night until gone).
• It can be applied on eczema, itches, acne, sunburns or bug bites. To purify water, add one tablespoon per gallon, shake well and wait six minutes. Mixed this way, it is tasteless. It is not an allopathic poison.
• Help reduce tooth decay, mouth sores and bad breath. Colloidal Silver is said to work by eliminating bacteria deep in throat and on back of tongue.
• Add to human and/or pet shampoos to gain disinfectant benefits.
• Aids in prevention and recovery from colds, flu, pneumonia, respiratory infections and viruses.
• Eye and ear infections. Our Colloidal Silver is pure enough to use as ear and eye drops.
Veterinary and Garden Use
Colloidal silver has worked just as well on pets of all kinds. Used in proportion to body weight, it should bring the same results. In the garden, field or greenhouse, add enough to the water or soil and the plants will do the rest.
Tolerance to Disease Organisms
We have all heard of the “super germs” that are resistant to most modern antibiotics. Some believe that single-celled germs cannot mutate into silver-resistant forms, as happens with conventional antibiotics. Therefore no tolerance to colloidal silver would develop through mutation. Also, colloidal silver has not been demonstrated to interact or interfere with other medicines being taken. Inside the body, silver apparently does not form toxic compounds or react with anything other than a germ’s oxygen-metabolizing enzyme. Colloidal silver may truly be a safe, natural remedy for many of mankind’s ills.
Additionally, there has never been a drug interaction reported between colloidal silver and any other medication. It is difficult to overdose – unless extremely large amounts are ingested. Colloidal silver has been reported by users to be both a remedy and prevention for numerous infections, colds, flus, and fermentations due to various bacteria, viruses or fungi, even the non-apparent low-grade, general body infections many people have. Living organisms are in the colloidal-chemical state, not the crystalline state. Substances already in that form may be more readily assimilated by the body. Colloidal silver is the most useable form of a reputedly effective germ fighter.
A colloidal suspension is ultra-fine particles of one substance, suspended by an electric charge in another substance. Homogenized milk and aerosol sprays are colloidal suspensions. Colloidal silver is pure, metallic silver (not a chemical compound) of particles 15 atoms or fewer, each with a positive electric charge, and attached to a molecule of simple protein. This new particle floats in pure water. The electric charge is stronger than gravity so the silver particles don’t sink.
Colloidal Silver in Advance of Illness
When the possibility of germ exposure is higher, colloidal silver can be taken orally each day or applied topically when there is a skin problem. It is like having a second defense system. The silver acts only as a catalyst and is stabilized. It is non-toxic, except to single cell pathogenic organisms, and is non addicting. It also, apparently, kills parasites in the single cell stage of their life cycle.
Older folks reportedly feel younger because their body energies are used up constantly fighting disease. Digestion has also been reportedly better. Medical research has shown that silver promotes more rapid healing, with less scar tissue, even in the case of severe burns. Successes have been reported in cases that previously have been given up on by established doctors. Colloidal silver is tasteless and won’t sting even a baby’s eyes, and won’t upset your stomach.
More than 650 Diseases Helped
Colloidal silver has been reported to kill 650 micro organisms, many of which are associated with human diseases. This does not automatically mean that taking colloidal silver will ”cure” disease caused by these germs. Colloidal silver only kills micro-organisms when they are in contact with it for a sufficient period of time. The human body is a complex system, which may prevent high enough concentrations of colloidal silver from reaching the “affected area”.
The basic guideline that has been recommended for using colloidal silver is that it usually “works” if you can get a high enough concentration to the “affected area”. Some will want to experiment with “higher amounts” (such as 8 or more ounces at a time) to find out what it takes to accomplish this. Do not use colloidal silver if you are allergic to contact with silver metals, or if you notice any digestive upset after use.

1. Use of Colloids in Health and Disease. Colloidal silver has proven particularly effective in cases of intestinal troubles. Dr. Henry Crooks found that “silver in the colloidal state is highly germicidal, quite harmless to humans and absolutely non-toxic. Rather than in a chemical compound, the silver in the colloidal state may be applied in a much more concentrated form, with correspondingly better results. Colloidal Silver: A Healthy Silver Lining
Nature's alternative to antibiotics kicks butt. It is a modern day NATURAL "wonder drug" that kills bugs, germs, nasty beasties, as well as the evil super-germs. Research shows it to be effective against HIV, Streptococcus-A, gonorrhea, Salmonella Typhi, cancers, chronic fatigue, yeast infections, sinus infections, gum disease, and hundreds of pathogens and ailments. Research continues to exhibit positive results on testing of a variety of germs. The colloidal particles progressively diffuse throughout the blood and give prolonged therapeutic response. How Does It Work? . . . Colloidal silver kills invading microbes by dissolving an enzyme that metabolizes oxygen of primitive organisms. This process is an electrochemical reaction. The cell can't breathe, then suffocates and dies. That's why it works on all types of germs, including the super-germs. Metallic and chelated minerals carry a positive charge, but colloidal bioelectric minerals carry a negative charge. Therefore, another way colloidal silver inhibits germ growth is that the negative charge on the colloidal silver clusters binds up with the positive charge on the pathogen. This causes an interruption of the biological function of the organism, which then cannot reproduce. It fizzles out. Voila, no more germs. What does this mean? For one thing, it means that we are fortunate to have available to us, at a very nominal price, a germ killer that is completely safe. It empowers us to get off of the antibiotic merry-go-round that is so popular, yet disturbingly over-prescribed. It means we have a choice. We have a healthy alternative. Intestinal Flora & Fauna . . . Former teacher of physics and chemistry, Howard Mitchell of Virginia, recently conducted a series of experiments with colloidal silver. He found that CS has no effect on acidophilus, the "good bacteria" found in the stomach. Mitchell used concentrations forty times higher than what might be expected to destroy other forms of bacteria. It shows that even in large dosages, the intestinal flora will flourish. In fact, there is speculation that the silver ions may be advantageous in stimulating a vigorous growth of beneficial bacteria, helping to boost the immune system. This is good news! Some people experience diarrhea when they ingest too much CS. No problem, they cut back on the amount of CS, and the lactobacilli counts return to normal within 12 hours without any intervention.
Silver Luster of Global Potential . . . Colloidal Silver is being used worldwide. As Robert O. Becker states in his book (page 167), The Body Electric, "Of course, the germ-killing action of silver has been known for some time . . . the Soviets use silver ions to sterilize recycled water aboard their space stations. The Japanese are really on the forefront of the CS explosion. Japanese firms use silver to purify air, converting carbon monoxide to harmless carbon dioxide. They also use CS, replacing toxic chlorine for scrupulously washing foods, such as raw chicken. Chlorine has many dangerous side effects, yet is widely accepted and used everywhere. It's nice to see alternatives are now being considered and used. Also in Japan, silver thread is sewn into some clothing to protect from the sun's ultra-violet rays. In Israel, bandages of colloidal silver are used on burn victims because the CS promotes healing and regeneration. There is a city in England that uses CS to sterilize their city water.
Plants & Animals in Silver Halo . . . Many testimonials have been shared and documented about the benefits people have found using colloidal silver for their beloved pets. Eye infections, cuts, abscesses, stomach ailments, skin rashes, the list goes on and on. Colloidal silver has been used to successfully treat cats, dogs, pigs, horses, birds, and every kind of pet. Because CS is simply added to the pet's drinking water, it is very easy to administer. Animals seem to love it. You can't really overdose with colloidal silver, so it takes the worry out of prescribing. The usual dose would be a teaspoon per average bowl of drinking water.

She either ingested a compound, silver nitrate (which is a dangerous poison), or a solution made by the Grind method. Not to go politically ballistic, but Who is funding this woman? According to Kenneth Feather, an FDA Official, "It's probably shocking to people who don't know, to find the almost total control that the pharmaceutical industry has over the flow of information." It makes one wonder about the "Medical Mafia." Isn't it interesting that a new pharmaceutical drug advertised on TV and the radio lists side effects such as dizziness, diarrhea, cramps, etc. -- a very long list -- and yet is endorsed and sanctioned by the FDA and the AMA? What is that about? They monopolize the health care industry. It's a money game. Colloidal silver is public domain, so there is little money to be made from it. And of course, the media loves controversy. The journalists who write negative press about colloidal silver have obviously not done any research or experimentation. These negative reports are nothing but scare tactics. The colloidal silver that is made today via the electrolysis method does not cause Argyria. There is NO silver retention with colloidal silver. As a matter of fact, the silver ions pass quickly out of the body. New evidence supports the safety of colloidal silver. Although the normal dosage is anywhere from one teaspoon to one ounce per day, there are some CS users who drink 8 ounces or more daily with no side effects whatsoever.

A: Although germs have three vulnerable targets, any single antibiotic can attack only one of them at a time: (1) the germ's outer membrane, (2) its internal components, or (3) its delicate gene pool. When a germ becomes resistant to an antibiotic, it has learned how to fortify the specific target that the antibiotic attacks. You'd have to take several antibiotics to attack all of the germ's targets simultaneously.
But silver attacks all three of the germ's vulnerable targets at once. • I go back a long way with Colloidal Silver. At the time I first discovered Colloidal Silver, I was plagued with frequent bouts of strep throat. Ringworm . . . I recently adopted a stray cat, who the vet said had Ringworm, a fungus that manifests similar to insect bites and itches like crazy. It is also very contagious. The vet had sold me some medicine that I had to administer daily for a month and special shampoo that I was to use every few days, leaving it in contact with my kitty's skin for at least ten minutes each time. Miraculous Results . . . I would like to share some of my own seemingly miraculous results with Colloidal Silver. Being a nurse for 23 years, I've witnessed, first hand, the abuses of antibiotics to treat viral infections. Antibacterial Soap . . . Miracle II, Colloidal Silver and a Foamy Bottle . . . Your Miracle II Soap is so awesome. My mom gave me some, along with some Colloidal Silver and a Foaming Bottle. We mix 1/2 soap, 1/2 Colloidal Silver to make our own anti-bacterial soap. We have a newborn and are constantly washing our hands. Also, we had kitchen pans with grease built up on them. Various Uses . . . Also, I know that I thank you periodically for the Colloidal Silver that you make, but it is such a great product that I should say thank you more often than I do.
It is the finest that I have ever used and I have tried some VERY expensive ones, but I have never found one that came close to the quality of yours. Scarlet Fever . . . My 12-yr old was in Cairns with me for a Victorian football carnival in Aug '03 and came out in a rash. I thought it was a reaction to sun cream that he usually doesn't use but he used it this particular day (4 hours in sun). Later that evening I put Bach cream on thinking it was sunburn on his face, however next morning I put your Colloidal Silver on as it was on his neck and arms and he was off to play footy. Sinus Infection . . . Awhile back I had a nasty sinus infection. My cheeks hurt and the roots of my teeth were on fire! Thank heavens I had some Colloidal Silver. Kitty's Cancer, Miracle II and Colloidal Silver . . . Bunny got his name because he loves the outdoors and to hop through the yard like a bunny. One day I noticed that he was sleeping on the living room sofa all day, acting lethargic. I wasn't used to him being in the house, so I kept an eye on him. Soon I noticed that he was drooling. The next day I saw him leaning over his food bowl with his little pink nose real close to the food without eating. Then he did the same thing at the water bowl. The next day the vet showed me Bunny's tongue. It was about three times thicker than normal. To rule out the possibility of swelling as a result of him messing with a bee, the vet asked if the condition had appeared suddenly or gradually. The answer was gradually. I have to admit that stuff keeps all infection to a minimum and quickly controls and heals within a few days of taking it. Just this week I experienced my usual indications of the spring throat/chest cold. It has been consistent every spring and fall since I've been back in the classroom.
